Bitget Unveils TradFi 101: A Financial Education Program Bridging Crypto and Traditional Markets

Bitget, recognized as the world's largest Universal Exchange (UEX), has introduced a new long-term educational initiative called TradFi 101, aimed at equipping cryptocurrency users with the knowledge needed to navigate traditional financial markets. The program arrives at a pivotal moment when the lines between digital assets and conventional finance are increasingly blurring.

TradFi 101 delivers structured learning content across six core areas: financial foundations, global asset classes, market mechanics, macroeconomics, risk management, and the future of multi-asset investing. The initiative is specifically tailored to crypto-native users who may be unfamiliar with how equities, commodities, ETFs, currencies, and real-world assets operate within broader capital markets.

As tokenization continues to democratize access to financial instruments, understanding the mechanics behind these systems is no longer optional — it's essential. Bitget CEO Gracy Chen explained the reasoning behind the launch: "Financial markets are becoming increasingly connected, and traders are already navigating more than a single asset class. Crypto investors today pay attention to interest rates, inflation, equities, commodities, and global liquidity alongside digital assets. TradFi 101 was created to make that knowledge more accessible and help users prepare for a future where traditional and digital assets exist within the same investment landscape."

The program is structured around six distinct learning modules, each addressing a different dimension of financial literacy. These include: Financial Foundations: Rediscover TradFi; Asset Encyclopedia: Your Global Wealth Checklist; Market Mechanics: How Trading Happens; Macroeconomics: The Invisible Hand; Risk & Human Nature: The Trader's Mindset; and Universal Exchange: The Final Form of Finance. Together, the modules are designed to answer 100 essential financial questions through simplified, digestible lessons built for crypto audiences.

Notably, TradFi 101 is positioned as an open industry initiative rather than a proprietary Bitget product. The program invites exchanges, media outlets, researchers, educators, and content creators to participate and contribute. Among the ecosystem partners already involved or invited are Coin Bureau, CoinGecko, and TradingView.

The final module of the curriculum explores how traditional and digital assets are converging within unified trading environments — a shift that Bitget is already facilitating. The exchange currently offers access to over 2 million crypto tokens, more than 10,000 US stocks, 500+ tokenized equities, ETFs, commodities, foreign exchange products, and precious metals including gold.

Beyond education, Bitget continues to expand its footprint across the global financial ecosystem. The exchange serves over 125 million users across 150 regions and maintains strategic partnerships with LALIGA and MotoGP™. In alignment with its social responsibility goals, Bitget has also partnered with UNICEF to support blockchain education for 1.1 million people by 2027.

TradFi 101 represents Bitget's broader commitment to improving financial literacy in the multi-asset era. Weekly educational content, community engagement activities, and assessments will support the structured curriculum on an ongoing basis.
